Job Title: Manager – BBI , BAF, BFM Blogs
Reports to: Director
Date: 2nd Dec 2011

Purpose: To develop, sustain and enhance relationships with Key Accounts of Management Paradise thereby maximising revenues in the aligned territory.

The jobholder will be running his territory as his own business unit, with complete autonomy to be innovative, creative and entrepreneurial to significantly over achieve and stand out in a rapidly growing company, in return receiving significant financial remuneration as well as career development and an opportunity to work alongside the very best in the industry.

Principal Accountabilities:

This role presently reports to the Director, and the jobholder will need to develop and maintain relationships with management across targeted universities and educational institutes in the aligned territory. The individual will be someone who can command the respect of their peers in Management Paradise and add value to any team they are working with.
This is not an exclusive role and the management may allocate tasks to you affecting other business areas or functions
Focus will be to drive content development, database generation, relationship building resulting into new revenue generation with support of Manager Sales through the targeted universities and educational institutes in the aligned territory.

Key Challenges:
 The position is located in Mumbai and the job holder will be supporting the clients across the aligned territory. The successful individual will need to demonstrate a strong ability to:
 prioritise and manage work load effectively, recognising the time zone differences;
 work along with the Manager – Sales and take responsibility.

 Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.

 Knows and understands own weaknesses both in terms of knowledge and personal competency and when to use other team members or external resources to fill these gaps

 Professional impact – impressive and able to work with senior individuals both inside and outside the organisation – Excellent presentation
 Prepared to challenge where appropriate
 Quick learner

Education Qualification:
 Graduate/ PG holder with 3+ years of relevant experience in account management and content development.
 Relevant experience in Education Industry is preferred.
