If we could get a thorough search done of all the politicians there would hardly be any who passed a respectable standard. We have donkeys ruling us!!!!!!!!! INDIA is known for having the LONGEST WRITTEN LAW - the constitution in the world, A LAW making 12th education - minimum level for becoming a MLA would be one of the best and the most useful law we could have.

haha... Acc to Indian Govt and current senario it is ....

1. Should have criminal Record
2. Jail main gaya hona chaiye
3. Study - Kiya toh thik hian not essential
4. Should have name in some scandels

Now frankly speaking India have onli few great Politician and to name few of them wch i honour are Abdul Kalam, Man Mohan Singh, C.B. Naidu, A.B. Vajpayee and few more.

The eligibility criteria shld be diff to diff levels and minimum criteria shld be Graduation atleast. Also they shld introduce 1 specialization in MBA as Politics or something like that and those with that specialisation shld be selected for higher positions.
