Many Human Resources staff are asked to "evaluate" psychometric tests without any training whatsoever in the topic. PsyAsia's position and that of many psycholgists and test publishers is that you cannot properly evaluate a psychometric test without training. However, we have prepared two 5-minute video presentations to show HR and other staff who need to evaluate tests the types of questions that are worth asking, along with those that are often asked, but really should play little or no part in the evaluation process.
