- Preparing vessel position reports
- Planning ~ As per the vessel allocation and port rotation
- Booking ~ Slot booking (MLO’s, NVOCC) and follow up till cut off time
- DG/OOG ~ getting approval for the DG, OOG from the respective POD’s and giving the approval to the clients. Collecting the required papers from the customers.
- Preparing CBF (Container Booking Forecast).
- Preparing TDR (Terminal Departure Report)
