The culture of any organization is conveyed in various ways, based on the above scenario discuss what are the different ways through which Antara can learn the culture? (10 Marks)
3. Krishnan joined as an AGM-HR in a leading Educational Institute. He noticed that there was no socialization process for the employees. They (employees) hardly knew each other since there was no ice breaking, minimal interaction and everyone was working in silos.
