There has been a lot of debate over refugee crisis and myriads of people have just ignored them, politician’s keep on chanting their famous one-liner 'we are doing enough'. Well, Germany has been the savior for the refugee people and they have given shelter to myriads of people living in pain and hunger. The country will have the most refugees and asylum seekers near about 8, 00,000 which will be more than double the number that was mentioned in 2014. On 25 August, the country also announced it was suspending the Dublin protocol for Syrians, which requires that refugees seek asylum in the first European country in which they arrive.

The refugee crisis keep on reeling high at an enormous rate and when the photograph of young cute little boy Aylan clad in a red t-shirt facing down on the beach without a soul in Turkey shows that this is the high time to take action. The foreign ministers of France, Germany and Italy have called for a "fairer distribution" of refugees among EU member nations. The current refugee crisis is putting the European Union and all of its member states to a historic test. Over the past weeks, this crisis has become even more dramatic. Europe must protect refugees in need of protection in a humane way – regardless of which EU country they arrive in. A joint statement from the German, Italian and French foreign ministers said.

If the asylum application is accepted, persons granted asylum status and those granted refugee status receive a temporary residence permit and are given the same status as Germans within the social insurance system. They are entitled to social welfare, child benefits, child-raising benefits, integration allowances and language courses as well as other forms of integration assistance. Germany’s federal minister of the interior said.

Germany is the seventh great contributor to the UN refugee programme. They have donated nearly $75 million a year to the UNHCR. They take a strenuous effort to help refugees at a great extent and show the perfect meaning of humanity. They set as an exemplary for others to follow and keep humanity above any religion.
