Treading the previous battlegrounds at Gallipoli on Anzac Day has long been on the pail list for Dan and Megan Ahern.

With the Gallipoli centennial recognitions approaching, the Southern River couple chose it was time to transform their travel goals into a reality.

Last January, the pair connected to go to the authority sunrise administration in Gallipoli and after a nail-gnawing three-month hold up, they were astounded to learn they had been effective.

The current year's participation was chosen by means of a national vote that was situated up by the Australian Government taking after exhortation from the Turkish Government that the occasion would be topped at 10,500 individuals.
