Is the market bottom over???
The negatives of the market are:
GDP has slowed down
2nd quarter result is less than expected
Higher interest rate
Liquidity crunch
FII's outflow (more than Rs 90000cr)

Due to all these factors market is over sold by panic selling.

Till 2007 India was most favored nation for FII investment. They had invested more than Rs 70,000 crore.

Market, sensex will be range bound between 10,000 to 13,000.

For short term, one can buy at lower levels and book profit when the market reaches 13,000.
For long term buy at low, strong Bull Run will resume after 12 to 18 months

At present interest sensitive sectors are looking good. HDFC bank, Axis bank, SBI are good options.
