As market bounce back after sharp fall we predict that it may cross above stated level next week.Also result of RIL and INFOSYS may affect market in both positive and negative way.According to source,RIL may not announce result as per expectation.
We predict correction after result of RIL and INFOSYS as market is faily valued and no one want to buy at these level.Even if FII and MF buys at current level,when they will book profit?? Because to book profit they will to sell their stock and that time if market is at around 10000 level who will dare to buy their stock.
Remember last correction when all media and analysts were spreading rumours for 9000 level and market corrected from 8800 to 7685..!Same way we think that market may correct after moving little upward to 9000-8800 level.
You know that FII,MF and operators have control on market,so when people are bullish they are bearing bcoz they have to sell their stock and book profit.Same way when people are in panic and bearish they are bullish.Remember when market corrected to 7685.All were predicting that market will touch 7200 level shortly but it didn't happen..!
Simple formula to understand market is .market is not bullish if all are bullish...market is not bearish if all are bearish..!
So keep watching volume..52 week high/low price and think like FII,MF and operators.
