Often we look upto latest teachings from management GURUS either through their speeches or books or their research papers. Most of us also remember and recall GOD while we are in a problem situation (mostly in our work) and seek solace and wait for a miracle to happen. How would it be if GOD himself became our management TUTOR???? I Guess fantastic!!!!!, here are some management lessons from LORD GANESHA:
BIG HEAD: Inspiration to think big and think profitability.
NARROW EYES: Deep concentration for task completion.
BIG EARS: Listen patiently to new ideas and suggestions.
SMALL MOUTH: Speak less and listen more.
MOUSE: Well planned, clever, alert movement, adaptable to fast changes.
SMALL LEGS: Firm, balanced and steady progress towards goal.
LONG NOES – Smell early (problems) and recognize early (resolutions), search for new opportunities, to recognize them and to get success.
BIG STOMACH – Digest everything, both good and bad (news).
ONE TUSK (Ganesha idols have 1 tusk only) – Do not shirk from making sacrifice if it can give enduring results. It is believed that Ganesha wrote Manahbharata. When Rishi Vyasa asked Ganesha to write, he choose one if his tusk as the best writing instrument.
