Current Wharton MBA student, Balu Chandrasekaran, and his two colleagues recently launched their business, Lokalty, to the Philadelphia market. Lokalty’s mission is to connect customers with local businesses through a "frequent flier alliance" rewards program and targeted marketing, all delivered via web and mobile apps.
