I am Shilpa and currently pursuing my M.B.A at ICFAI Business School. My IV Sem projcet is on Job Evaluation. I intend to use Hay Method of Job Evaluation.

Kindly help me at the earliest possible about the hay guide charts and assigning values to the characterists under study. Please do inform me about books on hay method of job evaluation.

Does anyone have the Hay Grid and numbers that is used. i have been asked to compare scoring systems in job valuation in financial services and I don't have the Hay grid.
