hey ppl i have my project on the paints industry in kolkata. the thing is dat i have to find out new strategies for kansai nerolac as to how they shld open up more dealer networks bcoz their dealer network is very weak in kolkata so if sum1 has made a project or have sum ideas then plz help me out. it wld also be helpful if ull cld gimme sum recommendations as to how or wat services they shld be providing to their dealers or new services they shld start that their competitors are not providing. in short how shld they retain their dealers nd increase their market share in kolkata. nd how shld i go abt convincing the contractors to use nerolac paints instead of the local ici dulux or berger or asian paints. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me
