Gaurav

GAURAV, this sentence is conveying an idea - he praised all his students in a soft or warm way...
The adverbs like "fervently" & "forcefully" are not used to praise.
There is a negative connotation to "incredibly", which means difficult to believe - as it contradicts the central idea of the sentence.

So, 2] "highly"

i think, now u will get a clear idea, at where u were wrong !!!

I feel it would be 4th option, as it seems like he is comparing between the young lad and some other tennis player.

i think the 1st option is better. The qualities of the young man are being discussed and finally.... jewel in the crown shows his complete personality in a nutshell. There is actually no comparison with any another player.
