Curcumvent is to outwit or to go around the rules. So tell me how does circumventing a law make it antiquated. Please look @ the second blank correctly. Even I was gonna mark circumvent initially but once u look @ the snd blank everything becomes clear

Violating a law makes it ineffective if the authorites don't take any action.

Hope I made some sense

And what abt the other answers??
