Hi, Just take any two numbers greater than 0...since we are talking abt variables, the rule shud be the same for any number thats greater than 0. Say 5 and 7. a=5 and b=7. now 57=2 and 75 is also 2. Therefore, option 3. For any two positive numbers, this will be true. Once the absolute sign is there, then ab and ba will be equal. Regards Lavanya
