@Arti according to my opinion answer is write but wrong explanation.
If as move towards right series follow the sequence of odd numbers then where is 9 and 15.
It can be solve by two methods:

(1) as move towards right series follow the sequence of prime numbers.

(2) +2 +4 +2 +4 +2 These are the difference between tow consequence numbers.

yeah you are right a bit more to add this explanation which probably I forgot to mention is, as move towards right series follow the sequence of "prime odd" numbers. So 9 and 15 can't be the part of this series because they are not prime numbers...
