The case study is well done Good Job
just a few points for refinement
1 Coud have been substantiated more by adding a few sales figures nothing impresses people more.
2 When doing a SWOT once can also try to match the strength to the oppurtunities and see how that can be used match and try to overcome the weakness against the oppurtunites ans similar match strength to threat etc.
It gives a strategic clear plan.
