see for this product..first you would want to decide on the target market:
which can be in the age group of 5-15

design the 4 ps of marketing:

product: cookies...which all flavours.. ingredients.(raisins etc)..size of the cookie

price: considering your cost to produce and considering the competition...

promotion: how r u going to appeal to ur market...
whether the promotion will be caterd to the childrn themselves or to their parents explaining them the nutritious value of the cookies..
deciding on the media that would be used..

place: how would your product be distributed...franchising..or home deliveries..or personal shops..etc..

you can then move on to other topics like:
-stp process
-product life cycle
-swot analysis etc

do tell what u have thought about the project...
we can discuss accordingly..
