Production Cycle:-


Step 1: Obtaining Of Raw Material
The paper of necessary quality is obtained in proper amount.


Step 2: Cutting
This step includes the cutting of paper which comes in free size as per the requirement of the customer.


Step 3: Printing
After cutting, the next step undertaken is the printing process. The sheets are printed with necessary content, color and design as required.


Step 4: Varnishing/Lamination
After this as per the demand of the customer the printed paper sheets are either varnished or laminated. Varnishing means adding a coat to the paper, to give a glossy or a mate look, using specific chemicals, in lamination the sheets of paper are given a coat of thin plastic sheet.


Step 5: Punching
Now the printed paper sheets are punched into the various designs as per the specifications provided with the help of punching machines.


Step 6: Sorting
The paper sheets are then sorted as per their size in different stacks.


Step 7: Pasting
The papers which now are in the specific design and form are given the proper shapes, (e.g., the form of a box) and necessary pasting is done.
