help on inventory control and working capital management for MBA Final Project

hi. im doing my final yr MBA project in a NGO here and the topic i hav chosen is inventory control and working capital management. i need information on what to do for the project and how to proceed. can anyone plz guide me or give me some sample project so that i can get an idea of what is to be done. plz
