WHAT IS A CREDIT LIMIT?

Credit limit is the maximum amount you could spend / borrow using your credit card. This limit is determined by various personal details like your income, source of income etc. The credit limit is normally revised upwards or downwards based on your previous years track record in terms of spending and repayment.

DOES THE ADD-ON CARD HAVE A SEPARATE CREDIT LIMIT?
No, the add-on card member shares the same credit limit as assigned to the primary card member.

HOW CAN WE PAY MY MONTHLY CREDIT CARD BILLS?
You have various options to pay your monthly credit card bill:
THROUGH ATMS: Walk in to any one of our ATMs in India, at any time, and deposit by cash or cheque, your credit card bill amount into your credit card account. If you have an account with HDFC Bank, all you have to do is transfer the bill amount from savings or current account to your credit card account.

THROUGH NETBANKING : If you have an account with HDFC Bank, and you are registered for HDFC Bank netbanking facility all you have to do is transfer the bill amount from your savings or current account to the card account.

THE DROP-BOX OPTION: All you have to do is drop in your payment cheque, quoting your 16-digit card number, at any one of our drop boxes in your city.Please remember to tear away the credit card statement section from the payment slip before sending us your payment.
