1.1) Name of the Project:- Construction of RO Building– Common Wealth Games-2010 Operations.
1.2) Project Duration :- 16 months.
1.3) Start Date : 6-12-2008.
1.4) End Date: 05-3-2010.
1.5) Project Cost:
Rs. 49,69,35,503.82.{ Forty Nine Crores sixty nine lakhs thirty five thousand five hundred three and paisa eighty two only}
1.6) Project Overview:-
The project comprises of construction of Regional Office for the operations of Common Wealth Games 2010 to be held in New Delhi.
Information about the site:
The site is located block GB, Block Of D.D.A Housing Complex, Sarojni Nagar, New Delhi-11007.
The total area is aprox. 8000 sq. M.

1.7) Scope of work:
The Proposed regional office building is comprising of two six storied structures of identical character one for Operations team and other for the assistance department for the Common wealth Games 2010. The complex also proposed to have a convention centre with a 300 capacity auditorium and two conference halls with allied facility .A large central atrium along with space frame and skylight is located at the centre.
The scope of work covers the entire construction, different heads are as follows:
1. Pile and Pile caps.
2. Civil and Structural work.
3. Finishing Works (internal and external).
4. Internal and external electrification.
5. Electrical substation and Generators.
6. Sanitary, water supply and drainage works.
7. Interior works.
8. Local Area Networking.
9. Deep tubewell, Iron removal plant, STP
10. Auditorium sound and projection system, auditorium stage lighting, stage crafting.
11. Area development, landscaping, roads and pavement.
12. Other misc. works as required.
