Mr. Anand Dhruv joins MUKAND LTD in OCT 2008, in the HR department as executive manager for training and development. Before joining this company Mr. Dhruv already had an experience of 7 years with Vodafone and Reliance. He has given training to more than 7000 employee looking forward to his career to do more in this field.



Training and development helps employee to know organization expectation in a
better way and help organization to meets its short term goals & objectives along
with its mission and vision. When an employee is recruited by an organization he
might not have all the required skill to perform the task. Training the employee at
this stage helps him learn his job faster and ensures better performance.

We give training to our employee on quarterly basis. The duration of the training
is varies from 3hrs to 90 days. The 90 days training module is specially meant for engineers.

We give training to our employee to change their attitudes towards the work and
other co-workers known as behavioral training .To improve the communication
skills interpersonal skills we have communication training session .this training
is meant for all the employee contract based as well as permanent employees.
Some time employees come with their personal or may have any professional
problem .To deal with such thing we do stress management and counseling training.

We use counseling technique frequently because most of the time employee came
with their personal problems (90%).For the employee get promoted or transfer from one department to another or the employee is newly recruited we give skill based training to them and also On-job-training (OJT). For employees transfer from on group to another or is new to the group to increase the co-ordination, interaction and commitment we have human relation training.

Seminar sessions are conducted to motivate the employee and give them a feeling that they are important asset of this organization.

We use pre-evaluation and post-evaluation techniques to measures the impact of training on the employees and his performance. Recommendations from the different departmental head are most welcome about the impact of training and change in the behavior of the employee.

Feedback is the last and the essential stage of the training module. Feedback is positive or negative both are necessary for us to know. We welcome negative feedback from the employees. And we try to solve negative feedback if it is under the company policies and procedure.


We also asked Mr. Dhruv about effect of recession on Mukand ltd,

Mr. Dhruv said. “Yes, this year we have not called any expert for training programs”. Usually we called expert for handling conflict, solving employee personal problem, to under stand employee behavior etc.

Our training programs are going according to the schedule. Since this year we are focusing on cost reduction hence we have not taken our any employee outside the company training & also we have not called any external professional.
Everything is done with in the organization hence there is no inter or external cost attached to our training programs.
