Process Of Production / Manufacturing
Bunching As Per Size - After the completion of job work, the copper wires are bunched as per the required size. Bunching increases the current carrying capacity of wires.
Passing Of Wire Through Nozzle - The wires are then passed through the nozzle to see if they are of the proper size.
Inserting PVC & Master Batch - PVC is heated with master batch as per required colour, inserted into the extruder. When the colour of the wire is white no master batch is added.
Cooling - During the previous stage the wire gets heated, thus it is cooled by passing the wire through the water bath.
Spark Testing - Here we test the sparks emitted by the wires.
Naming - This process involves the name of the company to be printed on the cable wires.
Coiling - The wires are coiled so that they can be packed.
ISI Testing - From every batch of production of 50, a sample has to be sent to the ISI for testing.
Packaging - The wires are then packed in boxes. This is the primary packing. The secondary packing takes place only after the order is received from the customer.
