we are doing project on "Evolution of Retail Format in India", since this project seemed entirely theoritical we are trying to uderstand
what is the main reason behind the below:
- due to the current market competition
- due to realization of end consumer deman
now for this purpose we wanted to prepare a questionaire so that we can understand the customer/consumer point of view and also a seperate for the corporate point of view
