ATM SERVICES OF ICICI BANK IN INDIA
As part of its 'Clicks and Bricks' strategy, ICICI Bank has developed multiple access channels comprising lean brick and mortar branches, ATMs, call centers and Internet banking. The branch network including extension counters presently covers many locations across India. ICICI Bank is India's largest ATM provider with 1200 ATMs. The Call Centers in 17 cities currently handle about 10,000 calls a day
ICICI Bank's network of 24 hr ATMs is one of the largest and most widespread ATM Networks in India. Banks ATMs are conveniently located in Commercial areas, residential localities, Major Petrol Pumps and Airports, Near Railway Stations and other places, which are conveniently accessible to customers.
The ICICI Bank ATMs feature user-friendly graphic screens with easy to follow instructions.
