The first anime that 4Kids dubbed was the first eight seasons of Pokémon that aired on Kids' WB! in the United States. They also ran two program blocks: The CW4Kids on The CW and 4Kids TV stations, both aimed at children.[1] As of December 27, 2008, the 4KidsTV block ended on Fox Network, leaving 4Kids to only broadcast The CW4Kids.
4Kids Entertainment has its world headquarters on Sixth Avenue in New York City, its subsidiary, 4Kids Productions, has its headquarters in a separate building in Manhattan.[2] The New York Stock Exchange delisted 4Kids (NYSE: KDE) on June 1, 2010.[3] As of April 6, 2011, it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy following a lawsuit concerning the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise.

of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) with two Emmy® Awards at its 36

Annual Daytime
Entertainment Emmy® Award event in Los Angeles.
The series, which airs Monday through Friday on PBS Kids, was named Outstanding
Children’s Animated Program as well being honored for Outstanding Writing in
Animation.
This is the second consecutive year that NATAS members have honored “WordWorld.”
In the 2007-08 season, the show was awarded its first Emmy Award for Outstanding
Achievement in Main Title Design.
“We are bursting with pride for executive producer and co-creator Don Moody and head
writer and co-creator Jacqueline Moody as well as all our ‘WordWorld’ colleagues,” said
Al Kahn, Chairman and CEO, 4Kids Entertainment, which serves as global licensing
agent for the property.
