(WWE) (previously known as Capitol Wrestling Corporation Ltd, Titan Sports Inc. and World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc.) is a publicly traded, privately controlled sports entertainment company dealing primarily in professional wrestling, with major revenue sources also coming from film, music, product licensing, and direct product sales. It is currently the largest professional wrestling company in the world, reaching 14.4 million viewers in the U.S. and broadcasting its shows in 30 languages to more than 145 countries.[4] It promotes under two brands, known as Raw and SmackDown.

Vince McMahon is the majority owner, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of the company. How will I be charged for content purchased?
Using a valid credit card for your purchase, charges will appear on your credit card statement as WWE Webcast PPV. You will be billed for your purchase as follow:

Live PPV Events and Online PPV On Demand - One time purchases are billed immediately to your account and will show on your billing statement as WWE Webcast PPV. For mor information, go to the FAQs.

WWE Classics Yearly Subscriptions - Yearly subscription accounts will be billed immediately and will also appear on your billing statement as WWE Webcast PPV. This is a reocurring yearly charge.

WWE Classics Monthly Subscriptions - Monthly subscriptions fees are billed each month on a 30-day billing cycle to the account number you submitted upon purchase. This is a reoccuring monthly charge and your subscription will continue to bill each month until you cancel it.

What is Automatic Recurring Billing?
Subscription fees are automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time, unless notice is received from the subscriber seven (7) days before renewal. Unless and until a subscription is cancelled, the subscriber hereby authorizes WWE to charge subscriber's chosen payment method to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.

Two dollar "charges" on credit/debit cards - "Authorization Error"
When you attempt to make a purchase with a debit or credit card, the money in your account is placed on hold. Even if your card is declined or rejected, your account may show that funds have been deducted. These funds will be released back into your account 3-10 days after the rejected charges have cleared. Multiple attempts to authorize a purchase may incur multiple temporary charges. ($2.00 is the current amount used for credit verification on a new card. However, authorization holds are put for the full amount of each item purchased).

Credit card approval problems
WWE uses a commercial transaction company to verify all credit card transactions. If your credit card was not authorized, we do not know the reason nor can we assist you further with getting it authorized. For international cardholders, cards are declined due to problems verifying international addresses with credit card billing records. We suggest that you try to enter the credit card information again (in case you made an error filling out the form) or try to use another card if possible.


Refunds & Cancellations

What is your termination policy?
At any time, and without cause, subscription to the service may be terminated by either WWE, or the subscription upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription account by contacting WWE.com Legacy Customer Support. You may also contact our live help for fast, friendly assistance. Live customer service is available from 8:00am-6:00pm PST, Monday-Friday and during Live Webcast PPV Events.

I want to cancel my monthly subscription. Will I be billed for the entire month?
If you cancel your account today, you will not be billed again. You will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current subscription period.

I want to cancel my yearly subscription. Will I be billed for the entire year?
All WWE.com yearly subscriptions can be cancelled. However, you will be billed for the months that have elapsed prior to cancellation.

I cancelled my monthly subscription before the month. Am I entitled to a refund?
No partial billing is available. If you cancel your account today, you will continue to have access until the end of the 30-day subscription period. You will not be billed again.

I cancelled my yearly subscription before the year ended. Am I entitled to a refund?
Refunds are based on complete months. The amount of the refund will vary depending on the number of months that have elapsed prior to cancellation. The formula used to calculate your refund will be:

Yearly Subscription Amount -- (Total # of months x Monthly Subscription Rate) = Your Refund

For example, if you cancel after 4 months, your total refund will be $39.95-(4 x $3.95) = $24.15

What is your refund policy?
WWE.com will honor any refund request for a yearly subscription made within 10 days of the purchase, and any refund request for a monthly subscription made within 2 days of purchase provided that you have viewed less than 5 matches during the month when the refund is requested. If 5 or more matches were viewed during any month, a refund will not be given to you for that month. Refunds will be credited back to your card, and confirmation emailed to you promptly. Access to wwe.com premium content will be terminated upon issuing of the refund.

Here you will find a picture and a description of the item, and its cost in either British Pounds or Euros depending on the currency you have chosen. At this stage the different currencies are for information only. You can choose which currency you actually want to pay in when you place your order

At the bottom of the page there will be an input box where you can enter the quantity that you want, or for items such as T-shirts there will be one box per size. Check the Size Guide for clothing measurement details.

To add items to your shopping basket, without any obligation to buy, enter the quantity you'd like (for each size if appropriate) and press the Add To Basket button.

If you would like to buy the items in your basket you can press the Proceed to Checkout button. If not the items will remain in your shopping basket for 5 days, after which it will be cleared.
Your Account
The first time you buy from us we will ask you to create an account. This allows us to store your name and address details.

On all future orders we will then ask you to simply sign in so that your name and address details are automatically completed on your order. This makes the ordering process much quicker for you.

If your name or address have changed you can update your details after you log in or at any time through the My Account link.

Payment Details

European shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order* and the country of delivery. When you reach the checkout our system will automatically calculate the weight of all items in your basket and you will be advised of the shipping rate.

Shipping and handling in the UK is charged at a flat rate, therefore you pay one price regardless of the amount of products in your order*.

Items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by HDNL, the UK's largest dedicated home delivery and collection service.

HDNL drivers deliver to residential addresses only between the hours of 8am and 6pm (Mon-Fri) and all parcels must be signed for upon delivery. If you are not at home when your driver attempts delivery, they will leave a calling card enabling you to reschedule or collect the parcel direct from your local depot.

Item Pages
Here you will find a picture and a description of the item, and its cost in either British Pounds or Euros depending on the currency you have chosen. At this stage the different currencies are for information only. You can choose which currency you actually want to pay in when you place your order

At the bottom of the page there will be an input box where you can enter the quantity that you want, or for items such as T-shirts there will be one box per size. Check the Size Guide for clothing measurement details.

To add items to your shopping basket, without any obligation to buy, enter the quantity you'd like (for each size if appropriate) and press the Add To Basket button.

Remember to check availabilities carefully if you order more than one item. In the case of pre-order or long availability items, it is recommended that you place separate orders to avoid any delays receiving the rest of your goods.
Shopping Basket
Each time you add items to your basket the items will appear in the mini-basket on the right. You can also go to the main basket by clicking the 'View Basket' link in the top red bar.

You may change the quantity in the mini-basket or remove any item if you wish. You must press the Update button after changing any quantities or your changes will be lost.

Use the Continue Shopping button to go back to the last product page you viewed or you can continue browsing.

If you would like to buy the items in your basket you can press the Proceed to Checkout button. If not the items will remain in your shopping basket for 5 days, after which it will be cleared.
Your Account
The first time you buy from us we will ask you to create an account. This allows us to store your name and address details.

On all future orders we will then ask you to simply sign in so that your name and address details are automatically completed on your order. This makes the ordering process much quicker for you.

If your name or address have changed you can update your details after you log in or at any time through the My Account link.

If you have items in your shopping basket these will still be there after you have created your account or logged in so you may continue with your order.
Payment Details
You will see a confirmation of the items ordered, with shipping and handling costs added. Fill in your payment details. These will be transferred to our server over a secure connection.

When you are sure you want to send your order press the Send Order button. Only do this if you want to buy the items shown. If you are under 18 years old please check with a parent or guardian before you send your order.

Shipping & Handling
We endeavor to provide the very best shipping service for our customers, so that your items arrive safely and in the fastest possible time. Our rates are therefore consistent with the level of service provided.

European shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order* and the country of delivery. When you reach the checkout our system will automatically calculate the weight of all items in your basket and you will be advised of the shipping rate.

Shipping and handling in the UK is charged at a flat rate, therefore you pay one price regardless of the amount of products in your order*.

Items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by HDNL, the UK's largest dedicated home delivery and collection service.

HDNL drivers deliver to residential addresses only between the hours of 8am and 6pm (Mon-Fri) and all parcels must be signed for upon delivery. This allows us to track and trace all the orders we have dispatched. If you are not at home when your driver attempts delivery, they will leave a calling card enabling you to reschedule or collect the parcel direct from your local depot.

Occasionally we may be required to send your order by Royal Mail or another courier service. Unfortunately it is not possible for you to choose exactly which carrier we use for your order.

Items destined for European addresses are dispatched by DHL, the global market leader of the international express and logistics industry. DHLs EXPRESS WORLDWIDE service ensures fast, reliable delivery for all our European customers.

Returns Policy


We want you to be totally satisfied with everything you buy from us. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase simply send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. In order to help us process your return efficiently, please complete our returns form here before sending the goods.
To return an item please enclose a copy of the delivery note and a note explaining why you are returning the goods. Returns should be sent to:

You are liable for the cost of returning the item to us, however if the items are faulty or were sent to you in error we will refund your postage.

We strongly recommend that you return any goods using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Billing Information for WWE 24/7 Online

Individual Video Matches - One time purchases are billed immediately to your account and will show on your billing statement as WWE Webcast PPV. They are available for a 7 day period from purchase date.

Yearly Subscription - Yearly subscription accounts will be billed immediately and will also appear on your billing statement as WWE Webcast PPV.

Monthly Subscriptions - Monthly subscriptions fees are billed each month on a 30 day billing cycle to the account number you submitted upon purchase. Your subscription will continue to bill each month until your subscription has been cancelled.
Automatic Recurring Billing

Subscription fees are automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time, unless notice is received from the subscriber seven (7) days before renewal.

Unless and until this subscription is cancelled the subscriber hereby authorizes WWE to charge subscriber's chosen payment method to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.
My Account

Access to the site is through a combination of a username and a password (My Account). Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their account to any other person and are required to keep their account strictly confidential. WWE will not release passwords for any reason to anyone other than the subscriber except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the site is a breach of the subscription and a violation of law.

If any breach of security, theft or loss of account, or unauthorized disclosure of My Account information occurs, subscriber must immediately notify WWE of said security breach. Monthly Subscriptions
All wwe.com monthly subscriptions are billed on a 30 day cycle. To cancel your subscription, please click here to contact customer service.

If you cancel your account today, you will not be billed again.

For monthly subscribers, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current subscription period.

Yearly Subscriptions
All WWE.com yearly subscriptions can be cancelled however, the amount of the refund will vary depending on the number of months that have elapsed prior to cancellation. The formula used to calculate your refund will be:
Yearly Subscription Amount - (Total # of months* x Monthly Subscription Rate) = Your Refund

For example if you cancel after 4 months your total refund will be $39.95-(4 x $3.95)=$24.15

Refunds are based on complete months; no partial month billing is available. Subscribers acknowledge WWE may track through the use of special software each subscriber’s entry to the site.
