It seems to me that there are no bad employees, there are poorly motivated employees. I have a creative work and it is difficult for me to work without inspiration. I realized that I fall into a period of apathy, when I'm very tired and don't want to do anything. In such periods I need a little rest and I can create further. But sometimes I do not have the opportunity to take a day off. In such periods, my doctor recommends that I take special pills such as https://nootropicboost.com/buy-best-...cs/aniracetam/. It helps me to do my job well. I think that everyone finds his own way to stay motivated.
