3. Sahara Airlines
The objective of the study is to know the ‘brand loyalty of air travelers’ and ‘the effect of different buying situations’. To achieve the set objective, the study entailed a survey of 40 respondents based on convenience sampling. The survey was carried out at different locations in New Delhi region. The questionnaire was based on set parameters such as: change in price of air tickets and income level, non-availability of airline tickets, importance that air travelers attach to various attributes, promotional schemes offered and role of informal groups, which helped to gather the consumers’ effect on buying habits under different situations and extend |
