eCRM Architecture
The primary inputs to this module are mainly from the eCRM Assessment and strategy alignment modules.
During this stage the company will try and develop a Connected Enterprise Architecture (CEA) within the context of the company’s own CRM strategy.
The following is a set of technical eCRM capabilities and applications that collectively and ideally comprise a full eCRM solution:
• Customer Analytical Software
• Data mining software
• Campaign Management software
• Business Simulation
• A real time decision engine
