Customer Value - September 6th, 2010

Loyal customers are always cheaper to serve.

Some time loyal customers are expensive to serve they may ask for premium service & price discounts.

Long term customer pay less than new customer.

Loyal customer act as a word of mouth promoter.

  • Customer value is nothing but a difference between what customer gets & what he or she gives for different possible choices.

  • Customer delivered value = Total customer cost -Total customer value

  • Customer value depends upon six factors
