Job profile
Reporting to Team Leader, Sales the position is responsible for the acquisition of new customers by selling the Mortgages Products like Home Loans, HomeSaver and LAP. The task requires directly selling mortgages products by visiting customers belonging to salaried and self-employed segments in their assigned city in order to achieve the requisite goals. The key products for which the sales have to be managed (as applicable) are as follows:
· Home Loans
· Home Saver
· Loan Against Property
·&n! bsp; Age Limit between 21 to 28 years only.
· Minimum qualification should be Graduation.
· Sales experience of at-least 1 year in the LAP / Home Loans industry would be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ACQUISITION OF NEW CUSTOMERS


· Meet new customers in the market everyday and convince them to take Home Loans from SCB.
· Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix and customer segment.
· Acquire new customers for the Bank by giving them Home Loans.
· Work closely with Team Leader to assist in joint promotions for new acquisition of customers across segments .
· Develop the retail market segment to get the max share of the wallet
· Ensure the best in class in terms o! f quality of sales and productivity standards.
· Assist in implementation of Promotions and Below the line activities in conjunction with the Regional Team Leaders for new acquisition of customers across segments .
· Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets.
· Participate in Sales calls & acquire large prospective customers.
· Participate in sales incentive programs and sales contests.
· Derive insights to Competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.
· Continuously provide feedback to the Team Leader of the acceptance of the products in the market and sugges! ted changes that could provide impetus to the sales efforts.
· Achieve the maximum “share of wallet” for each customer acquired
· Ensure adherence to AML and KYC norms and standards

10) Team Leader (Mortgages)
The position is responsible for the acquisition of new customers for managing Sales of Mortgages Products like Home Loans, Home Saver and LAP. · Counsel and coach to improve productivity levels of under-performers.
· Manage Attrition of Sales force to below 5%
· Create a healthy work atmosphere for the sales force
· Provide the sales force with the tools and resources required to sell our products.
· Go on regular joint calls with the sales force to evaluate selling skills . Coach and develop post feedback.
· Conduct quarterly appraisals of the sales force . Give open and honest feedback and ask for feedback.
· Hir! e the best sales force . Do not compromise on the quality of the sales force and team leaders.
· Find innovative ways to fix an appointment with a customer.
· Design and execute a specific plan for customer acquisition in your assigned territory.
· Monitor the profitability of each account to avoid mis-use.
· Conduct weekly meetings with the team to review achv v/s targets
· Ensure adherence of self and Team to KYC and AML norms and standards


· Minimum qualification should be Graduation. A post Graduation will be an added advantage
· Sales experience of at-least 3-5 years in the LAP / Home Loan industry could be an advantage.
· Experience in handling Home Loans product would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
· Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
