ICICI Probationary officer Test 2012


ICICI bank conducts the Probationary Officer test so as to recruit eligible candidates. The aspirants those who successfully clear the test can get into any branches of ICICI bank as Probationary Officers. Probationary Officer Recruitment test is usually held in the month of July or August. Candidates those who wish to appear for this test can appear from any one of the prescribed examination centers. If the candidate gets qualified for the test, then they are directed for the training program that falls under probationary period. The candidates those who clears all the formalities like GD, personal interview etc will be appointed immediately in several branches of ICICI banks across the country.

Structure of ICICI PO Test

The selection of Probationary Officers for ICICI is made through a multi stage selection process that comprises of Aptitude Test, Profiling, group discussion and interview. This examination consists of Essay questions, Subjective type questions and multiple choice questions. There will be a test on English language so as to test the language skills of the candidate. The examination for the recruitment of Probationary Officers is carried out for duration of 180 minutes. Candidates should take special care in answering the questions as there are negative marks for every wrong answer.

The candidates should hold a degree from any of the recognized universities with not less than 55%. It can be of any discipline. Candidates those who fall below the age of 25 years are eligible to appear for the examination.

How to Apply?

The aspirants those who wish to appear for the Probationary Officer’s recruitment examination can apply for the same by logging into the official website of ICICI bank. The candidates are advised to apply online for the test. Special care should be taken while filling in the online application form. Recheck whether all the mandatory fields are filled completely before submitting the application forms.

How to fill the Form?

The candidates have to attach two scanned copies of the passport size photograph in the online application form. The applicants should hold a valid email ID. The details have to be filled on the appropriate given spaces. After filling all the required areas the candidates have to submit the application forms online. Soon after submission of the application forms the candidates are provided with an application number that is to be used during the entire recruitment processes. Take a print out of the completed application form before submitting it.
