The desired candidate would be involved in full software/ website development life cycle starting from requirement analysis to testing. The candidate must be very proficient in PHP/MYSQL and must be capable of handling projects independently.

Candidates must have good academic background.

Believer in 3D's (Dedication, Determination and Discipline), good listener, self motivated, and team member with better communication skill and inter-personnel interaction.

* Remaining aware of PHP security issues

1. Knowledge of PHP + MySQL with JavaScript

2. Must have skills on LAMP (Linux + Apache + MySQL + PHP / Perl + XML, CSS & XHTML + Web 2.0 standards + AJAX + Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, OS Commerce, Smart, x-cart, zen-cart)

3. Should have clear understanding of Linux Commands and Apache / Web Server

4. Basic Understanding of DreamWeaver and Flash / PhotoShop

5. Basic concept of developing website and web-based applications

6. Comfortable with trouble-shooting web-based issues with various web browsers.

7. Good communication skills

8. Good experience in Software Design & Development.

9. Comprehensive knowledge & exposure in working on PHP, XML, HTML, MySQL, Linux, Apache etc

10. Knowledge of third party integration like payment gateways and shipping gateways is a must.

11. Hands on experience on Oops and classes is required.

12. Should have interacted with international clients.

13. Must have got excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
