What an MBA is

MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

The basic reason for the success of an enterprise is its proper and capable management.

Beyond the knowledge of the specific area of endeavour (e.g. medicine, technical projects, agriculture, etc.) one must also know how to effectively manage that area.

The MBA programme is adopted to contemporary business requirements and trains you in the methods of managing them effectively.

It covers the whole spectrum of business functions, from the human factor and production to marketing, finances and computerisation.

It teaches you how to effectively manage an enterprise, considering the totality of its operations.

The Master in Business Administration (MBA) is an internationally accredited post-graduate degree, which may open new cognitive as well as professional prospects to you.

The degrees of MBA and DMS are awarded by KINGSTON UNIVERSITY, London and are equivalent to those awarded in England.

Kingston University has full academic control of the courses because:

* They specify the curriculum
* They supervise the academic advancement of the students
* They supervise the exams
* The degrees are awarded by KINGSTON UNIVERSITY, London.

All programs are offered in:

* PART TIME (2 years)
* FULL TIME (1 year)

The MBA degree is completed in two years.

It comprises 14 courses, which cover the whole spectrum of business operations: marketing, sales, computers, management, organisation, international operations, strategic management, research, decision making.

The programme is completed with the preparation of the degree project, which interconnects the cognitive areas acquired and assists the student in the practical implementation of all he has been taught.

The first year (September - June) eight courses are given and all include projects and written examinations.

The second year six courses are given and the degree project is written.

Classes are held Friday afternoons and Saturdays, on a fortnightly basis. Classes can de offered also for 3 days per month.
