Business and Technology Education Centre has been serving the people of United Arab Emirates and International communities since 1996. BTEC offers British Diploma programs which sets the pathway to Graduation in Business Administration, Computing Science, International Tourism & Hospitality Management related interdisciplinary fields. Through continuous improvement, BTEC seeks to maintain high standards in its programs and its intellectual contributions. In carrying out its mission, BTEC is committed to maintain healthy relationship within the faculty and the student body.

BTEC is approved and authorized by City & Guilds to offer internationally recognized qualifications in Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Graphic Arts & Design, International Tourism & Hospitality Management courses.
Provided certain conditions are satisfied, students undergoing the BTEC courses can have their certificates attested by the following bodies:

- British Embassy (World Wide)
- UK Foreign Affairs ministry
- Notary Public, UK
- UAE Embassy in London

Mission Statement:
Having realized the growing need of advanced education and sympathizing with the parents of teenage youngsters, BTEC has conducted serious surveys and indulged in Research and Development. BTEC has procured tailor-made educational programs, with affordable fee structures, in order to alleviate the nagging problems of the parents and their teenage children, as also for those adults who would like to 'carry on' where they left. Quality education in pristine ambience, is what is desired and delivered.

Its International Services recognizes the unique needs of international students and has a finely tuned support system in place to respond to those needs. Outside of the classroom, BTEC help to ensure students have adequate living arrangements during their stay. Their Homestay program, in which students live with families in Dubai, offers international students a chance to experience life with Dubai expert families, improve their English, and adapt a Dubai culture in a supportive family environment. In return, BTEC's international students share their culture and customs with their host family.

Job Placement Assistance by International Student Services:

International Student Services division will provide you with all the necessary support to enhance your chances of landing a job. Such services include but not limited to: coordinating and liaising with recruitment agencies on your behalf; providing you with Job Orientation and Counseling, Arabic language instruction, grooming and other relevant intervention; and the free use of BTEC facilities for faxing and mailing of resumes.

Clients who shall be arriving to the UAE for the first time shall be received at the airport by the institution's representative and shall be given an orientation on the various policies of BTEC and the customs, relevant laws and regulations of the UAE. Information as to the places of worship, location of medical clinics and other facilities that would make your stay in the UAE an enjoyable and rewarding experience would also be provided.

Upon request, BTEC can arrange for your food / accommodation, the cost of which shall depend on the type of accommodation you require.

Upon your acceptance to any of the Programs until you have found employment, you are guaranteed the free use of BTEC facilities, such as internet access, telephone, fax, post office etc….
