SEXUAL HARASSMENT at P.C.Chandra School of Business (lc-824) under PTU

Sir/Madam,

I have been a fulltime employee of P.C.Chandra School of Business (pccsob), for the last eight months. During these eight months I am continuously facing mental agony and physical distress from various acts of sexual harassment, inflicted on me by my employer Mr. Avishek Auddy, director, P.C.Chandra School of Business. I am writing this letter to seek justice against the unwelcome sexually determined behavior of my employer Mr. Avishek Auddy.

The various unwelcome sexually determined acts of Mr. Auddy includes :

1) Sending lewd and pornographic sms and emails to me.

2) Making sexually loaded jokes and gestures towards me.

3) Frequently shouting and making derogatory remarks to create an intimidating atmosphere which interferes with my performance.

4) Mr. Auddy frequently calls me in his chamber, and then tries to make physical contact with me, indirectly asking for sexual favors.

5) I am often ordered by Mr. Auddy to serve him with snacks and alcohol, which is not my job.

Mr. Auddy have even threatened to murder me, by hired goons, if I disclose anything about his sexually perverted acts.

Many of the female students of the institute also complain about the sexually motivated behavior of Mr. Auddy. It was very inappropriate on part of Punjab Technical University(ptu) to associate itself with such a fraudulent institute like P. C. Chandra School of Business [LC: 824], without proper background verification.

PTU may very soon find itself in unwanted controversy and bad press, due to its association with P. C. Chandra School of Business (lc: 824). Kindly take immediate action to provide justice to the employees and students of LC : 824 of PTU.
