i m working on project - prformance appraisal of Air India
if any one help me out or provide me the report i wl b grateful

hay dude even i m doin the same project but with hotels
well 1st thing start study concept of hospitality becoz airlines also comes in hospitality industry.............then take permission from any airlines....after getting permisson prepare questionare...........study which appraisal system they follow in their system........well for making more qualitative go for comparison between 2 airlines.....................

second thing is , air india has all file work n performance appraisal is not a part of the information systems
