hey guys thx 4 ur info on performance 360 appraisal it was really helpful.but plz could any of u send me more info.as im badly in need to more information for my topic on performance 350 appraisal.and if possible do send it to me in word format as i do not hv acrobat reader,this is damn urgent.plz help me.

and you will find a real life example of 360 degrees performance appraisal.
