I'm looking for some information about how to staff correctly an IT system management team for a Company that manage over 3000 servers in more than 5 datacenters. Using number of server per type as indicator, as suggested by Gartner, seems to be not applicable.
We're assessing each atomic activity, calculating the mean time spent and the number of repetition, but it's very hard.
Do you suggest anything else? Thanks.
