Organisational Structure of Frontier Airlines

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is an American airline headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.[1] with a major secondary headquarters in Denver, Colorado. The carrier, which is a subsidiary and operating brand of Republic Airways Holdings, operates flights to nearly eighty destinations throughout the United States, Mexico, and Costa Rica[1] and maintains hubs at Denver International Airport, Milwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport, and Kansas City International Airport with a focus city at Omaha's Eppley Airfield. It provides regional service to the surrounding Rocky Mountain States through a code-share agreement with Great Lakes Airlines. Frontier is not a member of an air carrier alliance and is widely considered a low cost carrier.

Different people are motivated in different ways. And with these different motivations produce different actions. To understand the relationship between the two is the solution in determining what motivates them. An understanding of values will reduce conflicts, improve talent selection, increase retention, expand efficiency, increase productivity, and energize a group working toward common goals. With years of research and validation, PIAV reports provide accurate information of a person’s attitudes – Information that should be an integral part of human capital management efforts worldwide

Size and Organizational Structure
The bigger the organization, the more complex its structure. If the company is small, such as a three-person tax company, the design is generally simple. A small company does not have to undergo a formal structure; it can operate solely on the desires of the principals and the needs of the company. Policies and guidelines may be present only to provide the boundaries in which employees make decisions.
