The conduct of strict employee appraisal would significantly affect the organizational behavior of the company. Colgate is leading the market and created exceptionally impeccable branding. They have planned everything from Marketing strategy to advertising strategy. All the activity are synchronized and even minute research has been scrutinized. Their key factor lies in their advertising strategy. They have generated high brand recall and positioning is just at top of the table. However, pepsodent is desperately attempt to overshadow colgate but, fails every time.They need to gear up with more perfect tactics to beat colgate.
