FOR EMPLOYEES
1. How do you assess the individual performance? Whether any questionnaire is being provided by the company for this?
2. Normally who does the performance appraisal and what are the steps to be followed by you?
3. During the appraisal what are the main factors being considered by you?
4. Is there any specific method for giving appraisal rating?
5. What sorts of problems/hardships does the employee normally face at the time of appraisal?
6. Are there any specific framed rules, regulations or legal issues being applicable for performance appraisal?
7. After the performance appraisal, what is the subsequent HR planning?
8. During the appraisal if you find poor performance of any employee, then what will be your reaction and your action plan for improvement?
9. Suppose, though the performance feed back is good but the employee is not satisfied with the package given by you, how do you tackle in such a case or situation?
10. After the performance appraisal, is there any subsequent review? If so, when and is applicable to all and any particular reason behind that?
11. What sorts of training you provide if you find it necessary and whether it is in-house training or outside training?
12.How/what will be your treatment if you find that some of the employees will be an asset and more beneficial to the company for long term?
