POST APPRAISAL INTERVIEW


This interview provides the employee the feedback information, and an opportunity to the appraiser to explain the employee his rating, the traits and behavior he has taken into consideration for appraisal.


Managers can decide the interview process by the following guidelines which help the managers in conducting interviews:


Encourage for self-Assessment.


Invite Participation.


Express Appreciation.


Minimize Criticism.


Change the Behavior, not the Person.


Focus on Problem Solving.


Be supportive.


Establish Goals.


Follow-Up.
