Is IIT placements a harbinger?

Hi,
I'm happy to share the glad news that some of our IIT frnds has bagged jobs with the salary of a million.I'm very proud to be an Indian.This is another proof of Indian brain valued high in the global market.

But digging a bit further, we can see the IITians got jobs from financial or consultancy likes Pimco,Deutsche Bank,Lime grp.The trend of placement in IIT is taking turn.300 students have offers at present from various banking and financial institutions.Till now,IT companies haven't visited any of the IITs.The IIT's are going to take Management jobs.Is this trend advisable?Are they ready to get into the shoes of managers?

But definitely there is one certain thing."There is dearth of managerial talent in India."
