Plastic bag or Ecofriendly Reusable bag which is better ??

All of us know about the hazards of plastic and the benefits of plastic as well as the ecofriendly reusable bags( paper cotton etc...).......which one do you think is better????

Hey,
We are very used to plastic bags which is resisting us for a change.So its all the mindset.If we get paper bags in the same way as we get plastic bags,we don't mind using either.So we can start the habit of using re-usuable bags such that we can contribute something good for the environment as well.

i don`t think this topic need any discussion, reusable bags are obvious choice, stop using plastic bags , use eco-friendly bags, it is good for nature as well as good for us.

Hi all,

There is no denying the fact that plastic bag is hazardous to the ecosytem. It takes on an averag 200 years for plastic to degrade which makes it more perilious than human beings who on an average survive 70 yrs.

The option of cotton and paper bags is definitely the way to go forward if we desire a better future projection of our ecology

well- i really do think there is a lot of convenience that a plastic bag brings with it, however, it is almost an ecologal disaster that it also brings- an unending cycle of non biodegradable stuff.. I think from a long trerm perspective, they should be used in a controlled manner...

i think using ecofriendly reusable bags are better than plastic bag. Convinient as they are (plastic bags) but we would be paying a very high price for the use. I recently read that the plastic bag that we use today will we on this earth till 2057!!!! I feel all of us need to make a very very conscious effort to start using reusable ecofriendly bags.

Do we really need to discuss plastic vs eco-friendly bags?

We all know the answer. The question is - are we willing to take action at our level as an individual and let go of the inconvenience of carrying a jute bag with us everytime we travel, etc.
