Its not only a money making machine for those who are directly involved but also those advertisers who pump in huge amount in this .....

and at the same time gives oppurtunity to the players too .... to earn thru endorsing some of the brands

for me cricket is an amazing game, love watching the game. i feel that players need to be able to fend for themselves just like us, coz it's a profession that they chose....so if the game catches a business tag on it, so be it....but i still love it.

we shud nt forget that these players choose this game as their profession so they expect to be paid for their performance. In the past yrs cricket has gone under a drastic change its like a company wich seeks new avenues for its growth and expansion so its like a business only
