WHAT AFTER MBA (there is no job)?

Kartik's idea to pursue further education in recessionary times is very good!
It's the right time to study and upgrade our skills.
Many Phd institutes do accept a pgdbm [if it is considered equivalent to MBA] for Phd admission.

What after MBA ? India or U.S. Because I think now the problem is that the local economies have also been affected.

I dnt think we need to break our heads so hard on getting jobs after MBA...though there is an ongoing recession but this is not going to stay for long...lets get our knowledge base updated n rest will be all good!!

the implications of such events can be viewed from a positive perspective. A Company with strong financials and which has made investments in good projects will survive.
Another trend being seen in recession is cost cutting by companies- Laying off of average performing senior management people for the price of many junior heads. That means one senior person is replaced by say 5 junior employees and the company still saves several lacs as senior management personnel used to earn a fat package.

I have completed my MBA and right now working,about market condition,its the worst condition ever faced by india right now.The right option could be further Education in Specialised field and improving ur Skills in those fields OR else go for Small Business Setup ......Best of Luck for the future...!!!!!!
